Prime Bath offices offer oceans of space overlooking city centre
One of the very few modern office buildings in the centre of Bath has been snapped up by marine survey specialists GEMS.
Geotechnical Engineering and Marine Surveys provides geotechnical, geophysical, survey and metocean services around the world and has taken the ground floor of the building in a five year deal brokered by Colliers International.
James Preece from the national offices team at Colliers’ Bristol HQ said the building occupied an ideal site overlooking Bath Spa railway station and just two minutes from the new Southgate Centre.
He said: “This is a superb location in the heart of Bath offering flexible, open-plan accommodation within a building that benefits from a full height atrium reception area.”
GEMS has taken 6,852 sq ft of refurbished space together with nine secure car parking spaces.
James Preece said: “The fact the offices include car parking provision, secure bicycle storage and easy access to the mainline railway station makes the building an even more attractive proposition.”
